Information regarding the new system with the Guild.

>Some of the recent comments and opinions regarding the Guild we had received
We cannot fully enjoy the Guild because if the Guild Master is not logged in, then we cannot invite new members or have the rights to move the furnitures.
Because of this issue, we would like it if we are able to transfer the rights of the Guild Master.

Since the furnitures have been added as a part of an asset that is able to be shared within the Guild, we realized and understood that it may be difficult to just simply disband the Guild.
After considering possible solutions, we have decided to implement a new automatic transfer of rights system for the Guild Master.
It is set to be implemented in the upcoming end of August update during our maintenance.

> Regarding the automatic transfer of rights system for the Guild Master
If the Guild Master has not logged in for a fixed period of time, the Master rights will be automatically be transferred to a member of the same guild.

- Conditions when transferring the Guild Master's rights
Condition 1: Guild Master has not logged in for 30 Days
Condition 2: If Condition 1 has been met, a member that has been selected to have the Guild Master's rights transferred exists.

- Priority regarding the selection of the new Guild Master
Condition 1: Logged in within the past 7 Days
Condition 2: If Condition 1 has been met, the Guild Master's rights will be handed to the higher ranked Guild member
*Priority regarding the transfer of rights to the higher ranked Guild member: "Submaster" > "Senior" > "Regular" > "New members"
*If there are multiple members in the same high rank, the Guild Master's rights will be handed to the Guild member with the oldest join date.
*If there are no members that meet Condition 1, then the transfer of rights will not occur.

[Precaution]
Please note that the furnitures are the "Guild's" possessions and are not the Guild Master's individual possessions.
Due to the system, if the Guild Master's rights have been transferred, we will not be able to return the rights and support regarding this matter.
