Regarding Ongoing Issues
This is an announcement from the Aurcus Online Operations Team.
We would like to inform you of an issue that has been occurring since around December 9.
We have confirmed an issue where players who were not involved in any acts of violation were disconnected by Error Code 12, and repeated occurrences of the same error code subsequently caused the system to incorrectly apply penalty judgments, resulting in unintended restrictions on gameplay.
As a temporary measure, on December 12 at 4:00 (GMT), we implemented an update to ensure that penalty judgments will no longer be applied even if Error Code 12 occurs multiple times.
In addition, we have lifted the gameplay restrictions for all players who were incorrectly penalized between December 9 and today.
If you experienced a gameplay restriction during this period and it has not yet been lifted, please contact us from the title screen and include your character name in your inquiry.
We are continuing to investigate and correct the root cause of this issue.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience while we work toward a full resolution.
