Regarding the contents of the major update on 8/30, we will introduce them separately in 5 sections.

■Upgrade System change
The "Success" and "Failure" will not longer be used, instead we have changed it to an EXP system where a fixed EXP will be given depending on the material consumed so the amount of upgrade will always increase.
Upgrade Material will be the same for all equipment.
Equipment can be used as just as a material instead of turning it into an Upgrade Stone.
Also, Avatars will be able to be used as Upgrade Material.
* For example, an Armor or Avatar can be used to upgrade a weapon.
* When using Avatars as an Upgrade Material, the Avatar used will be gone. Please consider before using it as an Upgrade Material.
* You cannot upgrade an Avatar.
* Upgrade Material used cannot be recovered. Please consider before using it as an Upgrade Material.
■Regarding the Max Upgrade Limit based on the rank
Max Upgrade Limit is set based on the rank like the following.
★1 = Max Upgrade amount until +5
★2 = Max Upgrade amount until +10
★3 = Max Upgrade amount until +15
★4 = Max Upgrade amount until +20
★5 = Max Upgrade amount until +25
★6 = Max Upgrade amount until +30
★7 = Max Upgrade amount until +35
*If you posses an equipment that exceeds the Max limit before the update,
then it will be replaced with an equipment with the rank in the range of the Max limit.
E.g.)
[Before the Update] ★1 +20 Equipment owned
[After the Update] ★4 +20 Equipment owned
■Amount of Exp gained when Upgrading
[If using equipment as materials]
- The higher the Lv and rank of the equipment that is being used as a material, the higher the effect of the outcome will be.
- If there is already an upgrade amount on the equipment being used as a material, there is a possibility that even more Exp will be added.
*If the material of the Lv and the rank is low, the Upgrade amount may not increase.
[Upgrade Booster]
It is a material item used for Upgrade.
- The Lv is determined as the same Lv as the equipment before the upgrade, and the rank is ★4
E.g.)
If you are upgrading a Lv85 ★6 Equipment, the Upgrade Booster will be used as a “Lv85 ★4 Equipment”.
[Avatar]
- The Lv is determined as the same Lv as the equipment before the upgrade, and the rank will be based on the Avatar rank.
E.g.)
If you are upgrading a Lv85 ★6 Equipment, ★4 Avatar will be used as a “Lv85 ★4 Equipment”.
[ Upgrade Stone (The new Upgrade Stone implemented)]
- You will be able to obtain a fixed amount of Exp for the the newly implemented “Upgrade Stone” regardless of the Lv and the rank.
There are 7 ranks from ★1～★7, and the ★7 will gain the greatest Exp.
■Changes of the Upgrade related items
[Refiner]
Materials will no longer be required to be used as an Upgrade Stone, therefore it has been discontinued.
The Refiner owned will be exchanged into Rugia at the same price as when it was purchased.
The exhibit fee will also be returned for the Refiner that is exhibited in the market.
[Upgrade Stone with Lv and rank that was refined from an Equipment]
It will not be changed to a different item. You may use it as is.
When you have used the Upgrade Material, the Exp amount is the same as when you used the equipment as a material.
*There will be no more way to acquire this in the future.
[Unknown Upgrade Stone/Mysterious Upgrade Stone]
Change to the newly implemented “Upgrade Stone” that is solely based by the rank.
- Mysterious Upgrade Stone +3～+6 -> ★1 Upgrade Stone
- Mysterious Upgrade Stone +7～+10 -> ★2 Upgrade Stone
- Mysterious Upgrade Stone +11～+15 -> ★3 Upgrade Stone
- Mysterious Upgrade Stone +16～+19 -> ★4 Upgrade Stone
- Mysterious Upgrade Stone +20, Unknown Upgrade Stone +8～+10-> ★5 Upgrade Stone
- Unknown Upgrade Stone +15 -> ★6 Upgrade Stone
- Unknown Upgrade Stone +20 -> ★7 Upgrade Stone
*The Unknown Upgrade Stone/Mysterious Upgrade Stone owned before the update, will be replace by the above.
[Regarding the box/bag that had the Unknown and Mysterious Upgrade Stone]
In accordance with the above, changes have been made so the equal rank of the new Upgrade Stone will be able to be acquired.
E.g.)
Mysterious Upgrade Box -> Upgrade Box
The box with 1 Mysterious Upgrade Stone of above +3 and under +13 -> Box with 1 Upgrade Stone containing ★1～★3
*The Upgrade Box owned before the update, will be replace by the above.
[Risk Remover]
It will be changed to the [Upgrade Booster]
*The Risk Remover owned before the update, will be replace by the above.
■Others changes relating to the Upgrade Stone
-“Weapon Upgrade Stone” and the “Armor Upgrade Stone” that was obtainable by the Login Bonus will be changed to the ★2 Upgrade Stone respectively.
-“Unknown Upgrade Stone +8～+10” will be removed from the “Exchange LP” lineup,
and be replaced with ★3 Upgrade Stone.
- Adjustment for the Upgrade related Achievements
■How to Upgrade
1. From the “MENU” on the upper-right of the screen tap the “Upgrade/Evo.” button.
2. The list of equipment available for an upgrade will be listed, so please select an equipment that you wish to upgrade and tap the “Upgrade” button.
3. Select the materials you wish to use to Upgrade, and tap “OK”. (Multiple selection are allowed)
4. Proceed by tapping the “OK” button at the Final Confirmation Screen.
■Lock parameter changes
Different from the existing lock parameters, some equipment will be given a lock parameter as a rank bonus.
Once a specific rank has been reached, the rank bonus of the next stage will be released and the parameters will be applied.
★1 Equipment = No Lock parameter
★2 Equipment = Lock parameter 1
★3 Equipment = Lock parameter 2
★4 Equipment = No Lock parameter
★5 Equipment = Lock parameter 3
★6 Equipment = No Lock parameter
■Implementation of the Evolution System
A function that increases the equipment rank by 1.
By reaching the Max upgrade limit of a certain rank, Evolution is possible if you use a same ranked equipment as a material
and pay the select amount of Rugia.
The Upgrade amount, Random parameter, and ability will be carried over as it is.
Lock parameters will be released in accordance with the above.
- Equipment will be able to be evolved until ★7
The Evolution System will not be applicable to the following items, since the items have a different higher ranked production method.
Higher ranked Equipment can be obtained by the production method used up until now.

With the implementation of the evolution system, the ★4 Production Equipment set effect will be changed to
the same ranked ★5 Production Equipment set effect.
■How to Evolve
1. From the “MENU” on the upper-right of the screen tap the “Upgrade/Evo.” button.
2. The list of equipment available for an evolution will be listed, so please select an equipment that you wish to evolove and tap the “Evolve” button.
3. Select the materials you wish to use to Evolve, and tap “OK” when you have confirmed that you have enough for the Evolution fee (Rugia).
4. Proceed by tapping the “OK” button at the Final Confirmation Screen.
■Regarding the new Equipment
Lv90 Weapon and the Lv87 Normal Armor have been added.
These are obtainable by field and mission rewards.
■Regarding the new Production Equipment
You will be able to obtain powerful Lv87 Production Armor by a way of production.
Production of the Lv87 Production Armor is available by collecting Production Material specifically for the Normal Lv87 Armor.
There are no production for a Production Weapon.
*The equipment that has started off as a weapon will continuously be added in the future from major updates and events, etc.
■Regarding the Rank Bonus
With the implementation of the equipment, instead of the set bonus
a lock parameter will be given as a rank bonus.
Once a specific rank has been reached, the rank bonus of the next stage will be released.
Also, because the rank bonus is different from the set bonus, the set parts will not need to be collected.
Once an equipment has been obtained and have reached a specific upgrade stage the rank bonus parameters will be applied.
★1 Equipment = No Lock parameter
★2 Equipment = Lock parameter 1
★3 Equipment = Lock parameter 2
★4 Equipment = No Lock parameter
★5 Equipment = Lock parameter 3
★6 Equipment = No Lock parameter
